Terms and Conditions

Inscape Publishing, LLC, a subsidiary of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (“Wiley”), shall provide video streaming to the Everything DiSC^® and The Five Behaviors^® Partners or the Partner’s clients (the “Licensee”) in accordance with the terms of this Video Streaming License Agreement. By ticking the box below, Partner accepts and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Because the video streaming service is provided by a third-party vendor and relies on the public Internet, we do not warrant availability, merchantability, or consistency of video quality.
You or Wiley may terminate this license by providing notice in writing at least ten business days in advance of termination. This service shall automatically terminate if your Authorized Partner Application and Agreement terminate or expire for any reason. Upon termination, Wiley will deactivate the Licensee account and all related information and/or files.
