Frequently Asked Questions

Click “Certification” in the top menu bar or in the “Certification" box on the homepage. Then choose between “Partner Certification” or “Client Certification,” depending on whether you are looking to register yourself/a colleague or an end-user client. You will be directed to the page with all the information about the chosen Certification. On this page, there is a section listing the registration dates called “Course Dates and Registration,” which can be accessed by scrolling down the page or using the shortcut menu on the left side of the page. Click on the course you wish to register for and follow the steps to complete the registration.

Register through the invitation email or the news story on MLC. If it’s a client event, the registration form allows you to register clients as “Guests”. Recordings are either shared through email after the event or in a news story on MLC.

If you are looking for a specific asset, use the search function in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Type in keywords to locate the asset. If you are looking for inspiration, click on “Marketing & Sales” in the menu top bar or in the "Marketing & Sales" box on the homepage and explore all the content available.

Click “Play.” When the video is playing, click the download or share button.

Facilitation materials are not on MLC. You may have received facilitation materials as part of your Provider package when you joined. If so, you will have received a serial number by email to allow you to unlock/download facilitation materials. Locate your serial number and type it into the registration page to activate/download contents:

If you are looking for facilitation materials for clients, these can be purchased in the EPIC Store. For Catalyst, the Catalyst Practitioner Experience is available in English and allows trainers to access facilitation materials directly in Catalyst. For all other assessments, downloadable facilitation kits are available for purchase.

Make sure to specify the request type. Select “New listing” if you are adding your company details for the first time. Select “Update Existing Listing” if you are updating your current listing.
