Important information to know
Wiley has devoted significant time and resources to developing its training materials and therefore highly values its intellectual property rights. As stated in your Wholesale Purchase Application and Agreement, Wiley products, including but not limited to profiles, reports, programs, facilitator kits, audiotapes, videos, DVDs, books, software, USB drives, and other electronic products are copyrighted materials. Without express written permission from Wiley, you must never copy, upload, modify, reproduce, translate, or tailor products in any written, visual, or audio form, or by any means, electronic or mechanical. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to display Wiley trademarks and logos for purposes of marketing products under the terms of the Wholesale Purchase Application and Agreement. Your use of these trademarks and logos is governed by Wiley's trademark guidelines.
- Always use the complete product name and correct trademark designation (®, ™). If the product name appears several times on a page, you are required to use the trademark designation the first time it appears as a headline and the first time it appears in running copy. (See Current US Trademarks).

Always include a visible, printed notice identifying Wiley as the trademark holder on all materials using logos, icons, and/or product names. This notice should appear on the bottom of any page displaying or mentioning Wiley products.

- Always clearly identify our profiles as Wiley products.
- Never combine Wiley logos and product names with unrelated products and/or programs.
- Never register a domain name using Wiley trademarks without having a signed Domain Name Agreement in place.
- Never put profile response pages or any other copyrighted materials on your website or other marketing materials.
- Never upload Wiley product content, including PowerPoint® presentations and videos, to a webinar hosting file server or other hosting service, including YouTube, without express written permission from Wiley.
