Catalyst Learner Bridge Request Form

The Learner Bridge will connect two or more Catalyst™ Organizations so that Learners in the same Organization (but in different EPIC Accounts) can see each other’s information in Catalyst. When Organizations are Bridged, Learners in those Organizations will be able to see each other on Catalyst.
Allow 5-7 business days for Learner Bridge requests to be fulfilled.

Please note

  • While Learners will be able to see each other on Catalyst, the EPIC Administrators will only be able to see information in EPIC about the Learners that exist in their EPIC Account.
  • After Organizations are Bridged, the Department filter on the Your Colleagues page will show all instances of the Departments associated with the bridged Organizations:
    • As a result, if two EPIC Accounts for the Organization each have the same departments, Learners will see two of the same department.
    • E.g., if there is a “Sales” Department in both EPIC Accounts, once Bridged, Learners will see two “Sales” Department names on the Your Colleagues page.
  • The Learner Bridge is not available for Partners to connect their Catalyst profile with a Client Organization due to data privacy regulations.

Tip: To find the EPIC Account ID, click on the link to log in. From the top menu, select Personal Options > View/Edit Account Information, and select the EPIC Settings tab. Once there, scroll down to find the Account ID under Company Information.

Step 3: Required Documentation and Confirmation

Attach Organization’s Request:

Attach a confirmation email from each EPIC Administrator requesting that their Catalyst Organization be Bridged.

Authorized Partner’s Confirmation:
