Authorized Partner Identity and Positioning

December 20, 2023

The time for good resolutions is approaching! To start 2024 with a bang (and good marketing practices!), please take a moment to ensure that you are correctly positioning yourself as an Authorized Partner (NOT a WILEY Authorized Partner), and that your websites and marketing materials which include our brands adhere to our guidelines. You can find the full guidelines in the Professional Marketing Standards > Partner Identity section of your Partner Handbook.

These guidelines include:

  • Ensure that you and your company are positioned as an Authorized Partner in all your marketing materials. It is against our professional marketing standards for you to refer to yourself or your business as a 'WILEY Authorized Partner'.
  • Always clearly identify yourself (or your company) as an independent Authorized Partner and use the Authorized Partner logo in all marketing materials.
  • Never claim to be, or imply that you are, an associate, employee, agent of Wiley, or a “Wiley Authorized Partner.”

We strongly recommend that you re-familiarize yourself with your Partner Handbook to make sure you are fully in compliance. You can find the Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® handbooks on EPIC > Price Lists under the ‘Partnership Information’ tab. The PXT Select handbook is available on PAC under ‘References’.

We thank you for your support!
