Cancellation and Payment Policy

Wiley Education Terms and Conditions (Effective June 1, 2021)  Education Courses (Associate, Partner, and Client)

Online Courses:

• Payment: The Associate or Partner’s credit card on file will be charged one (1) business day prior to the course open date.
• Cancellations: Must be made two (2) business days prior to the course open date.

In-Person Courses:

• Payment: The Associate or Partner’s credit card on file will be charged six (6) business days prior to the course open date.
• Cancellations: Must be made seven (7) business days prior to the course open date.

Notes:

• Course open dates are found on each event’s registration page.
• Refunds or substitutions may be considered if the course has not yet opened.
• Wiley reserves the right to cancel this course at any time. Should this occur, refunds will be issued for the cost of the session.
